Did you set the all the requirements in Oracle beehive installation guide ?
Most likely, some other permissions were changed when you did the copy.
Did you set the permissions to 700, or 755 on the runInstaller binary in the install/ directory, pointed to in your error message (this binary is called from the runInstaller script)? This is probably the reason for this error message.
However, there are also other scripts and files that need to have their permissions set correctly for the install to succeed, so check your original directory and make sure the files in the copied directory have the same permissions set.
A faster way is probably to make sure you use the -p flag (to preserve attributes) to cp and copy it all again.
thanx henrik i have set the all the executable permission on install folder and finally it run the setup thanx again.
