Hi Experts,
We were in the middle of remote transactions today and all of a sudden our process stopped.. I checked out the alert log and I saw the following:

We've been running our process for years and never had such a problem with it.. I'm guessing this is listener/network related.. Do we need to set any listener specific parameter to prevent this from happening? Anyone can shed some light on what the error might be and how to prevent this from happening in the future please.
