I am fairly new to Oracle Clinical and I do have a maybe stupid question about data extracts. I wanted to test the data of our CRFs with the data I entered using the 'test data entry'.
So I created the default views, went to Conduct->Data Extract->SAS Datasets and ran an export using the account 'TEST'. The job submitted and in the directory I submitted with the job I find two files. One is a bat file and the other is an sas file, but where do I find my data file or how do I create one?
One way to test the data entered is through Oracle Views, you dont have to generate SAS datasets. When you extract the views you can see the data from the backend. Let me know if you need more info on this.
you have to use the SAS porgramme generated , modify them by specifting the repertory and you login and password username='ops$XXXXX' password='XXXXXX' and run them to have a view sas datasets and from them generate the SAS datasets
