I do not believe there is a front-end form that is available for troubleshooting item imports. Pl see MOS Doc 552683.1 (INCOIN: Basic Steps For Researching Failed Item Imports). You may also confirm by opening an SR or reading thru the Apps documentation.
Thanks for your response Srini, i am aware of the below article, but the problem is realted to the end user, who dont have access to TOAD, and they want to query it from front end to see what is the error.

You need to go for customization to check the same in Front End. We have done the same kind of customization to check the LOT transactions.

The log file of Item Open Interface contains all the details for failure of each item . This can be used to rectify the errors and definetively you can use cutomization to get list of error messages against each item.
