there is indeed a kind of cache on the SOA server caching MDS content. This cache can be refreshed in two different ways:
- On the AIA Hompage, go to Setup -> Configuration and click the "Reload" button.
- Invoke the SOA composite called "ReloadProcess" with any input payload (can be null)
Note that in JDev it is enough to refresh a particular directory hosting the file of interest (e.g. apps/AIAMetaData/config) to have the content updated.
I think the Default.SystemId works. Actually we try a little bit CAVS and try to update the RouteToCAVS flag directly in AIAConfigurationProperties and over AIA Setup. But it seems, that the flag not really updating after changing the value and update mds or click reload. Is there another cache in bpel process.
With AIA 11g the Button "Reload" in AIA Setup works fine. In 3.0 EAP we must manually use the ReloadProcess BPEL.
