You could achieve this by wrapping a script around the batch script. If the condition is met, then let the batch process script execute, otherwise exit.

I could ask the SAP Team to drop the files in a folder call OpenBtchSAP and schedule the script to run with autotask. That script could move the files to the OpenBatch for data load if all the files are received.
That way, it won't have any impact on the Btch Processing if we received files from an other source system than SAP.
