When you say you try to run it in the workspace, how do you try to run it? Do you see the process link in the Applications area on the upper left pane?
When logged in as weblogic user, click the Administration link on the top right (not the tab) and then select Roles on the left. Confirm that the roles are set as you expect them to be. Sometimes the roles set in JDev Organization don't come over with deployment.
The Application list does contain the process link.
However, in the admin role association's page, the roles of the process are not present, and as such cannot be assigned. I've tried adding a role according to the naming convention but I assume they must be associated explicitly to the process by the deployment process...
We have loads of roles related to processses that have since been undeployed.
So what do you advise? Should we try to undeploy and redeploy the process? This was already been done and, as far as I know, with the same result.
This is the only process with this problem, right? And it was created by importing the bpmn from BPA? Please take a look at the "organization.xml" file inside the project directory and see that the fields are set the same as a process created from scratch within JDev BPM Studio.
I've sent the process some screenshots to Meera by email as I don't have yours.
I hope you can let us know how to solve the issue soon.
1/ We have modelize the Process using BPM Composer and Not Oracle BPA
2/ Modifling the organisation.xml doesn't solve the problem.
3/ the probem seems to be on the initiator task. But Yes it was working with another process.
We have send to Meera the source of this process and now some printscreen to Medha. So I think you have all the information to solve our blocking issue please confirm as soon as possible ?
Hi Gregoire, Miguel,
I am unable to find your email in my inbox. I recently replaced my laptop and lost some of my data during transfer. Can you please resend the BPM project? Please do not use the default role "Role".
- thanks & regards,
I've resent the email with read/delivery confirmation.
On a side note: we do not use the default role "role".
we are going to re-create this process with the new version BPM 11G RC1
