I am currently assessing Oracle iSetup and have come across Setup Manager. What is the relationship between these two? Are they different modules? The reason why I am looking at iSetup is to find a tool to extract and document our setup rather than manually updating BR100 docs.
Setup Manager is a part of the Application Change Management Pack and offers advanced capabilities over iSetup.
However, Setup Manager does leverage the native iSetup capabilities on the E-Business suite instance.
For BR100 styled reports, you can use iSetup with E-Business Suite release 12.1.1. This feature is not yet available with Setup Manager.
