What do you see in the weblogic console window when you try to login? What happens when other users login to the workspace?
Since a deployed application is not the thing that is assigned to a user, do you mean that there is an Initiate task in the swimlane to which jcooper is assigned that role?
Can you login to workspace as weblogic? If so, check the Roles assignments to make sure they are set correctly. This doesn't always come over during deployment the way you expect.
If you can't login to workspace at all, for any user, there is something more fundamental going wrong. What error messages do you see in the weblogic console window?
Thanks for the reply. Please find below my answers:
1.We don't see any specific error in the weblogic console when jcooper logs in.
2.Yes, Initiate task is in the swimlane to which jcooper is assigned to.
3.We logged in to workspace as weblogic, and found that the roles are assigned correctly to the projects.
4.We are able to login to workspace using other users, jcooper login was working fine until day before yesterday when we encountered this error.
Hope this helps.
Well, there is not enough here to know what is going on and since we have newer software now, please install that and try again.
If it still fails, we need to file an SR with support.
I looked through the bug database and didn't see this issue but there is something you can check. When you login as jcooper the workspace wants to list the processes that he can initiate. Perhaps there is a problem with one of them. Check that you are not using any special characters in the process name. Also, try to undeploy the project and see if the error goes away.
