Can you find any errors in the concurrent request log file?
Did you use the CONCSUB syntax as per (Note: 457519.1 - How to Submit a Concurrent Request Using CONCSUB Syntax)?
I use Oracle EBS R 12.1.1, database version 10g and OS version Linux 2.6.18-128.2.1 el5.
I cannot find any error log because the concurrent is completed normal.
Yes I follow the concsub syntax....for other conc program, it is not a problem.... Is there any syntax that I maybe don't know to run report using xml publisher?
I appreciate your help.
Can you post the contents of the concurrent log file ? Is this a custom conc pgm ? What is the output format set to in the Define Concurrent Program form ? Has the concurrent program and the template been registered using XML Publisher responsibility ? Pl see a good tutorial here - http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe_bi/xmlp_ebiz/index.html
Hi Srini &Hussein,
Thanks for the reply, I just change my code to use fnd_request.submit_request.
At the first it seems the same...the output cannot display the pdf output...but I just found one forum that I need to use fnd_request.add_layout.
My report is now able to show the PDF output.....but not sure whether it is the same case if I use concsub. Will take a look later on this case
Btw Thanks for the reply.
Did anyone get to know how to pass template name, output format and other parameters to CONCSUB? I also have the same requirement where I need to submit the report via CONCSUB but don't know how to pass these parameters. I know about fnd_request.add_layout but how about doing this in CONCSUB?
hi edwin, you are submit the fnd_request by using shell script?
