solstice cmip daemon down

Hi all,

i'm working in a GSM monitoring sistem and some probes work with the CMIP protocol. So, when i try to start the CMIP, i receive the following error:

host1: /etc/init.d/osimcs start
License Error : The vendor daemon lic.SUNW; is expected in the license file for /etc/opt/licenses/licenses_combined.
No server for this feature (-3,121)

The Diagnosi's command shows:

host1: ./lmdiag -c licenses_combined
lmdiag - Copyright (C) 1989-1999 Globetrotter Software, Inc.
FLEXlm diagnostics on Wed 5/5/2010 18:10
License file: licenses_combined
"CMIP" v9.000, vendor: lic.SUNW
License server: host1
floating license starts: 1-jan-93, no expiration date

This license cannot be checked out because:

The desired vendor daemon is down
1) Check the lmgrd log file, or 2) Try lmreread
Feature: CMIP
Vendor:Host: host1
License path: licenses_combined
FLEXlm error: -97,121

The licence server machine is up and that the license daemon
lmgrd.ste is running.

Environment:
SunFire 480
O.S. Solaris 5.8
Sostice CMIP version 9.0

Do you have any idea in order to solve that issue?

THANKS A LOT IN ADVANCE

Two or more license daemon are up and running.

    - login as root
    - move on /etc/opt/licenses
    - exec the command: "./lmstat -c licenses_combined"
    if
    <hostname>: license server UP (MASTER)
         Vendor daemon status:
         lic.SUNW (<version>): DOWN

    - check the number of license daemon running: "ps -ef|grep lmgrd"
    Result: root pid1 1 0 16:12:08 pts/1 0:00 /etc/opt/licenses/lmgrd.ste -c /etc/opt/licenses/licenses_combined
    ...
    root pidn 1 0 16:12:08 pts/1 0:00 /etc/opt/licenses/lmgrd.ste -c /etc/opt/licenses/licenses_combined
    - Kill all license daemon running (kill -9 pid .... pidn)
    - check all license daemon have been killed
    - check rk6 daemon is up and running (otherwise restart it: /etc/rc2.d/S90rk6 start)
    - start the license daemon: /etc/opt/licenses/lic_srvr_start
    - start the cmip protocol: /etc/rc2.d/S94osimcs start
