    CCA Email Client Agent Config

      As a CCA Agent I have configured locally my Microsoft Oulook exe as the email client. However upon accepting the Interaction(email), I am unable to view the original email and respond. The Outlook client simply open, but I am not able to view the original email and respond.

      Any help is appreciated.
