OTM - Web is not getting opened

    751749
      Hi,

I installed complete OATS and worked on the Administrator and OTM - web tools. Now I am unbale to open the tools Administrator and OTM - Web tools in the OATS suite and I am getting the following error message when i am trying to open the tools

      Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
      10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

Can any body plese look in to this if comeacross with this issue.

      Thanks in Advance

      Thanks,
      Siva Thota

I've encountered similar after re-booting the server OATS is running on. Have you tried re-starting the application service?

            Hi Hodgetts,

Thanks for your concern. I have stopped manaully the Testing Service and again restarted the Oracle Application Testing Suite Service. Even though I didn't found any solution. Still I am getting the same problem while opening the tools. In the Server Error Log files, I am getting the Error as follows:
