one additional note - when gcca is invoked, a request to download the app is made. the app appears to invoke java 6 to download the application, where it churns for a few minutes before producing the error.
Did you verify which version the agent/company is set to use in the Applet configuration (inside admin as netadmin)?
Thanks for responding. I have no idea - how would I check that?
Log into Admin Manager as netadmin
go to company list
go to Agents link
Select the user you are logging in as
Go to the Applet Console Configuration tab
--> The JRE version is a drop down box at the bottom of this screen...select whichever one you wish based on the agent PC java versions installed.
