Post Operating System (OS) name & version for DB server system.
Post results of
SELECT * from v$version
or post Oracle version to 4 decimal places

OS: windows 2003
version of db: 10.1.0.5.0
i found one error when i traced using oradebug.
opitsk: network error occurred while two-task session server trying to send break; error code = 12152
12152, 00000, "TNS:unable to send break message"

When was last time SQL*Net worked OK?

yes, it was worked fine for last time.
no,i want to tell that it was worked last time i.e on previous saturday its worked fine.
now its still running from saturday.
ORA-12152 means that the session has expired for some reason and the only way to move forward is to log in into Oracle again and re-execute it.
