      How and where to check whether Workflow Mailer account is locked or not.

          Please mention the application release, along with the database version and OS.

          Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?

          For the locked account, check the account_status column in dba_users.

            Hi Hussein,

            We are using 11.5.10.2 and from last 1 week getting the error

            inboundThreadGroup1,5,inboundThreadGroup]:0:-1:hostname.domain:10.10.44.101:-1:-1:UNEXPECTED:[SVC-GSM-WFMLRSVC-1792278-10006 : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.mailer.IMAPInboundProcessor.open()]:Unable to connect to mail store

            After searching the error over the Oracle Support , I found in note ID 741352.1 that I need to verify that associated Workflow Mailer account is not locked. I am not sure how to check whether WF mailer account is locked or not.

              Run the query under "C. Make sure that no other instance is using the same Workflow Mailer account ..." section to get the mailer account.

              If this document does not help, please see if (Note: 942078.1 - Workflow Mailer Error: MessageRemovedException) is applicable.

                The mailer's user mail box was full. After purging the all the messages the mailer notification start flowing.

                  Just for clarifying, the WFMailer account that is being referred to here is the IMAP email account that is used by WF mailer for sending and receiving emails. The error message was clearly saying that there is some problem with this email account (it had reached its size limit in this case) and hence the WFMailer was unable to process notifications.
