Open a SR in oracle support.
You may try this to open your database, from a DOS Box, logged as the OS User on which Oracle was installed:
Else, open an SR and send the d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\test\udump\test_ora_1604.trc trace file to My Oracle Support, so that they can give you an accurate diagnosis.
set ORACLE_SID=TEST sqlplus /nolog connect / as sysdba shutdown immediate; startup mount; alter database recover; alter database open; exit
