OIM admin console - browser issue/ Nexaweb

I installed OIM 9.1.0.1
OAS 10.1.3.3., Oracle Database 11g 7
Everything is looking good on Admin Console except Deployment Management menu.
When I click on deployment management-> import from Admin Console I am getting the following error: "Nexaweb Error Message"
You do not have Java enabled or installed, click here for more info.
After this, none of the links in addition to deployment managment work (nothing happens when I click)"

Plug - in was installed and enabled. What is the issue?

Firefox 3.6.3 Plug-in 1.5.6

I would appreciate any feedback
