I have given access to a Oracle partner to my Beehive online workspace and when they try and access the portal they get the following error message
Error message in all browsers:
Content Encoding Error
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Check the Apex Group Creation tool for the status of the user - I suspect they are in Pending or Awaiting Fix. That means their account on OTN is either missing or incomplete. Get them to go to otn.oracle.com and create an account or make sure their account has a first name and last name in it.
