Oracle Application Server and HTTP Server 2.0

Suneesh Raman-OracleJul 30 2010 — edited Aug 3 2010
I am using the Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.1 and the apache version it uses Apache 1.3. I have a requirement to configure mod_weblogic to use the same sso for login to the application deployed in weblogic.Since mod_weblogic requires Apache2.0 and higher version,
1. Is there any way to upgrade 10.1.3.1 which can use Apache 2.0 ? .If this is possible can I use the existing ssl,sso configurations ?
2. Worst case is there any Oracle Applicaton server bundled with Apache2.0 so that i can install and configure ssl,sso in that server and also my existing OC4j instances ?Can any body tell me the exact link to download this ?
3. If I install a standalone HTTP Server is it possible configure it with the existing oc4j applications and weblogic applications ?

Thanks
Suneesh

Some additional information:

We have hidden the Close Request button, but need the Reopen Request button to be available.

Does hiding the Close Request button have any impact on the Reopen Request button's visibility?

What is status of SR for which you are not able to view Reopen button?
Reopen button should appear only if the SR is closed (SR in 'Close' status).

Hi Anurag,

I am using 'Closed', and that status has the following flags checked on:

Responded, Resolved, Final and Initial

Could 'Initial' flag be the reason for this issue?

In other words, is the application looking at the 'Final' flag only, or is it looking at other flags too?

Regards.

Hi Anurag,

Thank you for leading me in a certain direction. I think that the 'Initial' flag that was checked on for the 'Closed' status is what was playing mischief. When I use another status, which has only the 'Final' checkbox on, I am able to see the 'Reopen Request' button.

Hi,

I dont think it could be due to initial flag on the status.
Please check if you have valid status transitions defined for Closed status.

Mohammed

Mohammed,

Actually, I did not define any transitions to begin with, and I added some, then I removed them all, and then I used another status that was created afresh with just the Final / Responded / Resolved flags. It seemed to work then.

Regards.
