Please mention the application release along with the database version and OS.
Also, please post the details of the client (OS and browser).
Can you reproduce the issue from other clients?
I'm sorry Hussein. I should have done that in my original post. E-Buesiness Suite 220.127.116.11 running on Sun Solaris 32 bit env. The client is Windows XP using Internet Explorer 7.
I can't get anyone else willing to test until I get this problem resolved on this one work station.
AFAIK, WebADI does not install anything on the client - so this message is likely not related to WebADI. Can you pl provide detailed steps the accountant takes (responsibilities used and navigation path) to get to this popup message ? Can he try from another client PC ?

Also, check the BNE.log file for any errors and post it here.
