Error Configuring APEX Listener with OC4J

    RegR
I have installed APEX verson 4 and OC4J using Oracle 10.2.0.3. I am in the process of installing the Oracle Application Express Listener. Here are the steps I have taken:
      1) Executed http://<server>:8888/apex/listenerConfigure.
      a) Entered username, Connection Type (Basic), Hostname, Port and SID.
      2) I then clicked on Apply and received the error below. I am new to using the APEX Listener so I don't know where to go to next. I should mention that the Database Connection screen under the Connection tab is grayed out so I guess the connection was successful. What additional information can I supply to this thread to get this problem resolved? Do some log files exist that I can look at? Any advice would be helpful.
