    Automatic recognition of customers

      Can Call Center on Demand (CCOD) when implemented along with the Oracle CRM on Demand (OCOD) automatically recognize customers based on their Account Id whiich will be an input from the customer ?

      I know that they can do a contact match or an account match between the phone number that is listed in the record (contact or account) and the number from which the customer is calling, but can this be done with other fields "Account Id' in this example
