My application work's fine with query, but doesn't work in update or insert on windows 7 on the client.
i've forms10 v.10.1.2.3 The error is ora-30200
what is the problem? perhaps is it not compatible?

What is the browser/version and Java Runtime/version you are using? There is conflicting documentation available from Oracle on the certification and support of Oracle Forms 10g R2 on Windows 7. The Oracle Forms 10g Release 2(10.1.2.x): Client Platform Support - Statement of Direction indicates that Forms 10g R2 (10.1.3.X) is supported on Windows 7 with IE 8 and Sun JRE 1.6.0_16 or higher, but I have seen posts here in the forums from Oracle Support that indicates 10g R2 is not supported on Windows 7.

You might want to consided upgrading to Oracle Fusion Middleware (Forms/Reports) 11g, but according to the documents I've seen recently Forms 10g should work so long as you meet the minimum requirements. There is also an additional set of patches (9593176 and 9282569) you might want to consider.
