We are currently testing OBIEE 11G. When we try to see the logs associated with a request (Administration > Manage Sessions > View log), whe get a "Log not found" error.
We have already raised the user loglevel to a value greater than 0.
Does anyone has an idea?
Not sure if its a bug in OBIEE 11g, can you try putting the below syntax in prefix section of advanced tab.
SET VARIABLE LOGLEVEL=2,DISABLE_CACHE_HIT=1;
It should generate the log with database sql as well.
I am also using OBIEE 11g. We have set the loglevel for the user as 4. Also cache is disabled. Default Logging level is also set to 4. However when we try and open the log from Administration -> Manage Session. It gives 'No Log found'. Has anybody found any solution for this.

The issue is caused by a bug .. where the UI cannot display the log information. The nqquery.log file contains the log information. The issue should be fixed in the patch release 220.127.116.11.0.
Hope this helps.
It is still happening, though not every time, in 18.104.22.168.0. I've asked the Admins on my project to look at this thread on some of the suggestions. However, should this be completely corrected in this version? Or are there additional settings needed?
