upgrade from 9.2.0.6 on solaris 9 to 11gR2 on Solaris 10

Hi,
We are working on upgrading an Oracle 9.2.0.6 database to 11gR2. The current OS is Solaris 9 update 7 (The /etc/release says - Solaris 9 s9_58shwpl3 SPARC ).
The plan for the upgrade path is Upgrade from Solaris 9 to Solaris 10 update 9 (since 11gR2 requires Solaris 10), then apply 9.2.08 on Solaris 10 and then upgrade the db to 11gR2. Does anyone know if there will be a problem when we upgrade from solaris 9 to solaris 10 update 7 with the database on 9.2.0.6?
