I think i just fixed.. you also need to set
HR Business group profile option
You dont need all those profile in 12.1.1
just set user as employee from HRMS
than add user as buyer from purchasing super user
i am trying to use IProcurement responsibility, however getting an "you are not set up as a worker" error message..
You normally get this issue when system does not recognise you as a valid person in Apps to create requisition or PO.
Could you please confirm on below points..
- You have defined correctly in HR as an employee under a correct Business group.
- In the Users creation form, you have the same name appearing in person field the way you have been defined in HR as an employee (e.g. <Surname>, Ms. Shana)
- Your iprocurement responsibility is connected to correct profile options (MO: Operating Units%, GL:%Ledger%, HR USER%, HR:Security Profile%, MO:Security Profile%, HR%Business group%)
Hope this helps.
Check the employee's assignment_id's effective_start_date and effective_end_date for a gap in time, as well as the primary_flag if the employee has more than one assignment_number in the per_all_assignments_f table.
That was the issue on my end.
