Well, you're going to start by describing what "doesn't work" means. Did you get an error message?
Well, I got a similar problem, same conditions. I installed into my (x86) folder, and for some reason " 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" when I attempt to use javac to compile. Yet I can still go find javac and run it from the \bin folder. I don't know how to fix it so that javac will act as a command in another directory.
Well, I got a similar problem, same conditions...For you the problem is that the bin path is not in your PATH environment variable.
