I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue.
In order to get around the JavaHelp limitations with forms, we have been linking via a remote URL to a web form (created in FrontPage) to collect feedback through email. The form is no longer working in JavaHelp. The page loads in the JavaHelp window, but it never goes anywhere. When you click submit, the form resets and nothing is received in email. The form works fine when linked on the web or if accessed from Web Help output.
Sorry, I was't clearer. We generate 2 help outputs for our users: JavaHelp and WebHelp. The web form works in WebHelp, but not in JavaHelp. The form had worked in JavaHelp when we orignally built the help system 4 years ago. Recently, we discovered that it was not working. I am trying to pinpoint whether this is a JavaHelp issue, and issue with RoboHelp or our ordering system to which JavaHelp is linked.
