MSDE SQL Server

I have a few questions about MSDE SQL Server....

First of all, how do you set up user accounts? There is no configuration prog and no help file that I can find, but this isn't a big deal, because I'm not opposed to just using the 'sa' accout (security isn't high on the priority list right now)

Also, how can I access MS ACCESS .MDB databases from Java? Do I have to configure the server to share these file somehow, or does the program have to ask for a specific file? Any help on these two topics would be greatly apreciated....THANKS!
