JVM Crash Internal Error GCTaskThread

We often face server crash with following errors. Is this a known bug. Pls advise.

JVM Arguments:

One possible reason I guess could be coz of ParallelGCThread...we have 8 for 4 Phyiscal process(Virtual - 8). If thats the reason..I would like to get more information about the reason behind crash coz of setting higher threads than cpu counts.

Note: We have other servers with same GCthread count and cpu count but it didnt crash.
