How to "compile" Java, not just using HotSpot

I! I want to compile my Java code to native CPU code. I know about HotSpot that it's a sort of plugin to make Java run faster, but nonetheless, HotSpot still relay on the JVM, and in fact, as being a part of the JVM, consumes more memory that just the JVM. So, what I want, is to compile the Java code to the native system, not to use HotSpot. I know that this can be done, but after some search, I have no idea of how to do this. I'm sure there are people around here wich know how to do this, please share!

By the way, I want to do this for Solaris 10 and for Windows XP.

Best regards.
