I tried the First Cup of Java tutorial, using Netbeans 6.0.1 for Linux and GlassFish.
I am able to build and deploy everything. However, when I actually
try to browse the result at http://localhost:8080/firstcup/ (using Firefox
184.108.40.206) I get an HTTP Status 404 error that says "The requested resource
() is not available". I haven't got a clue where to look for the cause.
In the logs directory under the default domain in the App Server, i con't see nothing... there is no message.
I'm not sure if this is a Netbeans or Java issue; sorry if I'm off-topic.
Actually, I launched a browser (Firefox) and typed the URL(http://localhost:8080/firstcup) manually, which
is what the instructions in "First Cup" say to do. But if I click "Run Project" from Netbeans, a firefox opens with the URL http://localhost:8080/firstcup-war, and a HTTP Status 500 appears in teh page. The message says that it cannot reach the Ejb-Ref DukesBDay.
