IDE for JSF

hello

i would just like to ask which IDE is best to use with JSF.
i am just getting started and i would like something like visual studio where i can just drag and drop components to a form and i wouldn't have to do all the manual coding.

so far, i have
Eclipse
Faces Console
Exadel
JSF Form Builder

something free
user friendly and not too complicated to use
