When starting the tsv it tries to -Xmx3000M on the heap.
Does it really need that much ?
suse:~/Desktop/tsv/bin # tsv

TSV doesn't require a lot of memory by itself, the memory consumption will really depend on the size of the log file being displayed.
I use to display big log files, so 3Go is my default heap size, but I can understand it doesn't work on all configurations.
You can safely decrease the requested heap size by editing the tsv file (it's a simple shell script).
In the next release, I'll avoid to have the heap size hard-coded in the shell script to prevent this kind of issues.
