          Hi,

          Below are some basic differences

          WLDF:
          - It is weblogic specific.
          - With basic trap and notification it also has lot more monitor and diagnose features.

More information on WLDF can be found in the below link
          http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E13209_01/wlcp/wlss31/operations/wldf.html#wp1079168

          SNMP:
          - It is generic and weblogic supports it.
          - It has basic trap and notification feature.

More information on SNMP can be found in the below link
          http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E13222_01/wls/docs81/snmpman/snmpagent.html#1075540

          Hope that helps you.

          Regards,
