Replication error with Java Directory Server 6.1

We have a replication problem with our Java Directory Server version 6.1 implementation. Our configuration includes two servers each running the Directory server. Replication is configured to be bi-directional between the servers so that each is always in sync. It appears according to the error log on the first server "clyde" that we have a corrupt database, but I do not know if it is in the database on the first server "clyde" or the second "bonnie".

Here is an excerpt from the error log on the first server "clyde":

      [02/Oct/2008:16:03:33 -0600] - ERROR<8264> - Replication - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Internal error Failed to position cursor in d
      b at CSN 48d16c0b000000010000, DB error 5 - I/O error
      [02/Oct/2008:16:03:33 -0600] - WARNING<10258> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Changelog error A database error is
encountered while servicing replication agreement "bonnie:389/dc=aero,dc=ball,dc=com"
      [02/Oct/2008:16:03:33 -0600] - ERROR<8221> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Failed and requires administrator act
      ion [bonnie:389]
      [02/Oct/2008:16:03:33 -0600] - ERROR<8221> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Failed and requires administrator act
      ion [bonnie:389]
      [02/Oct/2008:16:03:34 -0600] - ERROR<20996> - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Cannot parse entry from database for id 372, string=""

There are no errors at the same time in the logs on the second server "bonnie".

I found a similar problem on SunSolve at the URL: http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/document.do?assetkey=1-1-6342634-1

But, there is no solution provided in the text for the problem.

Can anyone provide some insight to this problem and possibly how to resolve it?
