client server communication using sqlite3

Here im trying to connect database in server but im unable
i wrote code like
Connection conn =DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:sqlite:192.168.1.22/retriver.db);
but finally im getting
out of memory exception.
plz tell me is it possible in sqlite client server communication,if possible how?

I doubt that those lines alone will result in an OutOfMemoryError.
You should try debugging your code and step up to the point where the Error occurs.
OutOfMemoryError usually only occurs when you've created lots of (big) objects and the JVM would need more than the maximum amount of memory allowed (which you can change using the -Xmx parameter).
Could you post the complete error trace and message, please?
