We can pass the buffer size to StringBuffer constructer.
StringBuffer sb = new StringBuffer(30);
How should we decide on the optimal number of bytes for the buffer.
For example wether we are going to pass 30, 100, 150 etc to constructer of StringBuffer.

If you know the number of characters you'll need in the end, pass that. Otherwise, frankly, don't bother.
