Yes these packages are required for the Oracle install - see the Install Guide http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/install.112/e16763/pre_install.htm#CIHFICFD
No its not. i thing u didn't read my whole post.
I using SLES11 and these packages are required for RHEL , OEL and Asianux Server.
Is it mistake in installer for sles11 ?

The installer would not be complaining if these packages were not required :-)
I found the packages I mentioned are contained in RHEL and OEL not ins SLES!
I just stumbled over the same problem with 10.2.0.3 - the installer seems to detect the wrong OS.
for example the package pdksh does not exist on SLES11 - it's called "ksh" instead and it is installed on my system.
but for some reason OUI thinks this is a RHEL-like OS...
