Internal Requisition to Purchase Requisition conversion

      Hi Friends,
Scenario: Customer want his employees to raise an Internal requisition and upon approval it comes to warehouse.
The warehouse manager need to check the stock and if available it will be delivered to the employee. If the item is not in stock he needs to place a Purchase order to but the item . To do this the internal requisition should be now converted to a purchase requisition and then to a purchase order.

Is it possible to achieve this IR to PR conversion? Any pointers on how this requirement can be handled?

I assume you are creating an internal sales order from the IR.
IR cannot be converted into a PR.
          You have 2 options.
          1) The warehouse manager (or MRP or minmax) will create a PR if sufficient qty is not available. The PR will get converted into a PO. Upon receipt, the original IR/ISO will be shipped.
          2) The warehouse manager (or someone else) will cancel the IR and ISO. Then someone in your company or the original user will create a PR.

          Hope this helps,
