I am facing a problem while placing an outbound call from CCA Agent Application using Web Service.
If the call is been placed manually(IP Call, SIP) from CCA Agent Application then the outbound call is working but if the same is been done using Web Service then its giving an error "no outbound lines".
Let me know if any thing needs to be configured for such scenario.
Oracle CCA : 8.1.3
WebLogic : 10.3.3.0
Database : Microsoft SQL Server 2000
WebService Used : http://XX.XXX.XXX.XX:7001/cca/services/Interactions.wsdl
Function Used : dialSIPAddress(sSessionId,sipAddress,billingProjectId)
