First, ask yourself this question honestly: is what you're offering so unique and so valuable, that it's worth putting forth the effort to protect your code in this way? You're losing a lot of portability/debug-ability/etc. for very little gain otherwise.
But if you must: Pay for Excelsior JET. They have an AOT Java 6 compiler. Also, GCJ can compile Java source directly to machine code. I've read of people natively compiling SWT applications in this way.
Note I have no experience with either of the above products.
