Pl post details of OS, database and EBS versions, along with the navigation path to reproduce the issue.
The preferences links can be hidden using personalizations - pl contact your Apps Sysadmin to help you set this option (it can be set at a user level using profile options).
OS is Linux 5, database is 10.2.04 and EBS version 184.108.40.206.
How can I check if the Proference link is personalised or which Profile option I need to set at user level.
There are 3 profile options that need to be set -
1. "Enable Timezone Conversions" needs to be set to "Yes" at the Site level.
2. "Server Timezone" needs to be set at the Site level to the timezone in which the database server resides.
3. "Client Timezone" needs to be set for each individual user at the User level based on the users physical location (not setting this at the User level will default the value to the "Server Timezone" value).
For personalizations, pl see MOS Doc 304670.1 (How to Remove an OA Framework Personalization)
