Depending on the version of the store, it will always be either under a directory called fs370, fs350 or fs200. This is not changable. However, the MQ binaries and config/logs are separate anyway, so you can easily configure all your mq imqbroker instances to be on a separate file system. If you really must have your fs370 directory only on a separate file system, then just mount that directory to a separate file system. This is often done with NAS file systems. Alternatively, you could just not use a file system at all and store everything in a database instead and configure your store to point to a jdbc url.
