Hi ,
I have a OCP 5.0 installed and configured as per the instructions in the following docs - http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17667_01/index.htm
All-in-one Presence domain Topology was chosen during configuration and MySQL was used as the database, the default values were chosen during configuration.
The users were created/provisioned as specified in http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17645_01/doc.50/e17647/cnf_provisioning.htm#BABEJOEZ

The presence user was created as shown below,

sash# publicIdentity add publicId=sip:alice@example.com privateId=alice
Input: publicIdentity add publicId=sip:alice@example.com privateId=alice
Public Identity sip:alice@example.com was successfully added to user alice
sash# account add uid=alice active=true
Input: account add uid=alice active=true
The account for "alice" was successfully added
sash# role user add uid=alice name="Location Service"
Input: role user add uid=alice name="Location Service"
Role Location Service was successfully added to user alice
sash# credentials add uid=alice realm=myrealm password=alice123
Input: credentials add uid=alice realm=myrealm password=alice123
Credentials for user alice in realm myrealm were successfully created

The sip dns srv record is added to dns server as shown below,

sip.udp.example.com. IN SRV 20 0 5060 hostname.

So example.com now resolves to the hostname specified.

Now if the user, alice@example.com is specified as sip id and login through a sip client login fails with the user not found error,

"[ oldState=Registering; newState=RegistrationState=Connection Failed; reasonCode=3; reason=Received an error while trying to register. Server returned error:Not Found] to 11 listeners.
19:35:59.328 FINE: impl.protocol.sip.OperationSetPresenceSipImpl.registrationStateChanged().3123 Enter connction failed state"

Below is the Adminserver.log snippet,
