    Enterprise Manager Database Control (emca) error

      While performing a manual or automatic EMCA configuration, the following error is returned:

      Possible cause:
      A lock file (*.lck) exists in the %ORACLE_HOME%\cfgtoollogs\emca\<SID>

      Try removing (or renaming) the *.lck file and re-run the emca command.
