It appears that you can not gain access to the domain(hypconnect) while logged in.
Please log into the server with the account you are trying so specify in the config. As it appears your active-directory does not allow anonymous binds.
Thanks for the reply

The FDM web link is showing this error:
Is a local user with the same name needed for FDM?
why is it so?
You should be using a domain service account for all of the FDM configuration items (Application Server Config, Load Balance Config, Task manager Config, Web Server Config). There is not a need for a local account unless you are not using a domain account. The service account must be added to the local administrators group on the server for proper access rights.1 person found this helpful
I am using domain account on all configurations and it is added to the local Administrators group.
I created HyperionFDMWebConfiguration file manually by specifying the load balance server.
And started FDMApppool in IIS.
FDM is working fine now but the web config manager is still showing the same error.
Will it effect in future on any working in FDM?
What the FDM Web Config manager does is assigns the Service account to the identity tab of the FDM applicaiton pool and adds the user to the IIS_WPG group on the server. If you can manually perform these two processes and the web is functioning, you will be fine.
