Way of finding which approvers are actively approving iproc requisitions

      Hi all,

we need a way to identify which of our approvers are actively approving requisitions and which have the access but arent using it.

The issue is further complicated as, where in other areas of access a simple check to see if they logged in would be enough, in approving iproc requisitions via the email notification any user can actively approve without ever logging in.

As an aside we are looking to close this loop but enforcing login.

In the interim has anyone got any suggestions as to how this can be done easily?:

      thanks in advance

Use the following to find out who approved requisitions in the last 365 days. Tweak it to narrow down the scope as required.

          select he.full_name From hr_employees he, po_action_history pah
          where pah.employee_id = he.employee_id
          and object_type_code = 'REQUISITION'
          and action_code='APPROVE'
          and action_date > sysdate -365

          Hope this helps,

            Hi,
The only way (from front end) you can check who are actively approving iproc requisitions is as below :

            1) Go to iProcurement responsibility
            2) Click on requisition Tab
            3) In the view (LOV), select "My Group's Requisitions", press GO button
            4) Click on status links to see who are the people involved in the approval process

But I strongly recommend to use Sandeep Gandhi's advise/approach to pull all approval details from backend.

Iproc requisition are no way different than core purchasing requisition :).. iProcurment module is basically based on PO and Inv module, so to say, iproc is like a frontend for a standard purchasing module..

            Kind Regards,
