    Contact Center Anywhere|Unable to get detail information when call coming


      I am facing a problem to view the CSI, SR nbr and so on when I get an incoming call via GCCA.

      usually when getting an incoming call, then you will be able to find a new pop window shows "Data/ Interaction informaion/Current session history"
      if the customer already input the CSI and SR nbr, then we are able to find the figures in data tap.
      however, it's blank all the time after I installed Win7.

      OS is Win7
      Java is JAVA(TM)6 Update 20

      Appreciate quick help.
